Only the Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins and New York Jets have averaged fewer points per game. In those, their Mac Jones-led offense generated 16, 25, 13 and 19 points. The Patriots have played four games this season. But that promise hasn’t translated to points thus far.
